How the Virtual LiNK Will Work
 

Candidates and Recruiting Insitutions will both register and upload digital materials through Open Water.

Candidates will be able to view recruiting information via the Recruiters Gallery.  Candidates will meet with recruiters during LiNK dates using an assigned Zoom room.  

Recruiters will be able to view candidate materials via a gallery, select candidates to interview, then schedule meetings with candidates in whom they are interested, and schedule a meeting time using the button in the candidates gallery.  Callbacks/Interviews will be held during the LiNK dates below in assigned Zoom rooms.  

Thursday, November 10th: 
Registration Ends for both candidates and recruiters

Thursday, November 14th:
Recruiters receive link to candidate galleries/Candidates receive link to recruiting galleries

Monday, November 21st:
Recruiters can begin to book appointments through a candidate's gallery

Wednesday, November 30th:
Recruiters will meet virtually with acting, directing and management candidates

Thursday, December 1st:
Recruiters will meet virtually with design and technical theatre candidates

Friday, December 2nd:
Recruiters will meet virtually with any remaining candidates
